Our 10'x10'x24' sand blast room is where the removal of rust, grease, oils, oxidation, or other chemicals takes place.

Premier Powder Coating Co. has teamed up with one of the leading industrial finishing equipment manufacturers in the U.S. to ensure you are getting the best finish possible. All of our equipment is brand new and equipped with the most energy efficient and effective products, in turn giving you the customer a higher quality finish at a more convenient price. We have an in house media blasting unit in which we take all parts down to the bare metal, guaranteeing that each and every piece has the best adhesion possible resulting in a longer lasting finish.

State of the Art Facility
Conveniently located off the 101 freeway, we are established in a 4,000 square foot facility in a gated lot at the end of Los Padres Way. Consisting entirely of brand new state of the art equipment, Premier Powder Coating guarantees the attention to detail that you demand by performing quality control checks throughout each step of the process. Our facility is capable of handling parts up to 24' in length, and we are equipped with a forklift in order to transport large items in and out of the shop for your convenience.

The beauty in the characteristics of powder coating is that you can achieve the same color finish as any type of paint product, however the durability, flexibility, and longevity are far superior to liquid paint.
